ev333 Terms & Conditions

To register and use the ev333 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful registration information, including your real full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where accessing the Platform would violate applicable law.

ev333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (NID or passport) and proof of address. Accounts that cannot be verified to ev333's satisfaction may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balance in such accounts may be withheld pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ev333 account credentials. Your obligations include:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Ensuring that no person under the age of 21 has access to your ev333 account or login credentials.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying ev333 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Not allowing any other person to use your account on your behalf for the purpose of placing bets or making transactions.

ev333 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where ev333 has acted in good faith based on the credentials presented. All bets and transactions placed from your account are deemed to have been made by you unless you have notified ev333 of a security breach in advance.

ev333 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The following payment methods are supported for deposits on the ev333 platform:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳100, processed instantly.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳100, processed instantly.
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳100, processed instantly.
• Upay and select Bangladesh bank transfers — processing times may vary; please refer to the Deposit section of your account for current availability and limits.

ev333 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits. Your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own service charges independently. ev333 reserves the right to reverse or void deposits that are identified as fraudulent, made using stolen payment credentials, or made in breach of these Terms. Deposits that are reversed at the source by the payment provider will be offset against any winnings derived from those funds.

Withdrawals from your ev333 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified accounts beyond the standard per-transaction limits set by each payment provider.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. ev333 will request NID or passport documentation and confirmation of your registered mobile number ownership.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• ev333 reserves the right to delay the processing of a withdrawal request pending completion of security checks, KYC verification, or investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

ev333 does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawals. Your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own service charges independently.

ev333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified, active accounts in good standing only. Accounts under review, suspended, or self-excluded are not eligible for bonuses.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry window. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• ev333 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be voided, and any winnings derived from such bonuses will be forfeited.

Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at a time. Referring to the Promotions page within your account dashboard is recommended for the most current terms applicable to each active promotion.

ev333 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that places bets or interacts with the Platform without direct human input.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or circumvent wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. ev333 will report suspicious account activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

ev333 may immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these fair play provisions. Any balance in such an account may be withheld during investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, forfeited entirely. ev333's determination regarding fair play breaches is final.

All games available on the ev333 platform operate under the following conditions:

• Sports betting markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute, the governing body's official result is final.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All RNG-based games on the platform use independently certified RNG systems and published RTP percentages.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure mid-game, the result will be determined by the game provider's server-side record, which is the definitive record of the game state.
• ev333 reserves the right to void bets placed on any event or market where a pricing error, data feed error, or manifest odds error has occurred. Players will be notified and affected stakes refunded to their account balance.

ev333's decision on the settlement of any bet or game result is final and binding, subject only to a formal dispute resolution request submitted within 30 days of the disputed settlement date.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ev333 excludes liability for the following:

• Any financial losses, including betting losses, that result from your use of the Platform. All wagering activity is undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform arising from factors outside ev333's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, third-party payment gateway downtime, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform, even if ev333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes ev333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content on the ev333 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game artwork, interface designs, software code, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of ev333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without ev333's prior written consent.
• Using any ev333 trademark, brand name, logo, or proprietary design in any commercial context without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any component of the Platform.
• Creating derivative works, scrapers, or automated access tools that interact with the Platform's content, data, or game results.

ev333 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices include:

• Registration data and KYC documents are held securely and used solely for account verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
• Transaction history and betting activity logs are retained in accordance with applicable data retention requirements and are accessible to you via your account dashboard.
• ev333 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

ev333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including fair play violations, provision of false registration information, or unauthorised account sharing.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request or security review.
• Identification of the account as belonging to a person under 21 years of age.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player, including permanent self-exclusion. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact [email protected].

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the ev333 platform or these Terms, the following process applies:

• You must first submit a formal complaint to ev333 customer support at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute, the date of the transaction or event in question, and the outcome you are seeking.
• ev333 will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt.
• If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter through any dispute resolution channel available under applicable law.

Disputes relating to bet settlement or game results must be submitted within 30 days of the settlement date. ev333 will not consider disputes submitted outside this window.
